Clint Mountain

Clint Mountain is the managing partner with the law firm of Mountain & Mountain in Tuscaloosa. Raised in Montgomery, Alabama, he obtained his undergraduate degree in business management from the University of Alabama in 2000 and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2003.

 

Since graduating law school, Clint has been admitted to all state and federal courts in Mississippi and Alabama, including the 5th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal. Clint is a member of the Tuscaloosa Bar Association and Alabama Association for Justice where he serves on the Board of Directors. Clint is a former board secretary for Arts ‘n Autism and is currently serving on the Alabama Law School Board of Governors.

 

Clint has been named Business Alabama Magazines Top Young Lawyers, Alabama Super Lawyers Top 40 under 40, served as past chair of the AAJ’s Emerging Leaders Caucus and as Junior Board President of the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation. Clint currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation. He also serves as legislative chair/treasurer for the Alabama Association for Justice.  Clint attends First Presbyterian Church Tuscaloosa where he serves as a deacon. He also serves on the City of Tuscaloosa Framework Committee and is a member of the Mississippi Association for Justice.
